Welcome to Fenous. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of fenous.shop and your purchase of our products. Fenous is a brand operated by reenyo LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products

Fenous sells personalized children’s books that are custom-made based on the details you provide. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are shown on our site. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings and the printing process.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us. Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time, but changes won’t affect orders already confirmed.

Personalization is your responsibility

Our books are personalized using the information you enter, such as a child’s name and any options you select. You are responsible for making sure this information is accurate and correctly spelled. You’ll have the chance to review and confirm your personalization before completing your purchase. We produce your book based on the details you confirm, and errors in the information you provided are not eligible for refund or replacement. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit personalization content that is unlawful, offensive, infringing, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing such content.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By placing an order, you agree to Stripe’s handling of your payment. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Intellectual property

All content on fenous.shop — including our book designs, illustrations, templates, text, logos, and branding — is owned by or licensed to reenyo LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content without our written permission. The personalized book you purchase is for your personal use.

Limitation of liability

Our products and website are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, reenyo LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current one, and the “Last updated” date shows when it last changed.
